Colin loves playing baseball and was having some trouble last year with headaches and feeling washed out and lethargic during his baseball tournaments. Dr. Phil asked Colin’s mom what he was eating and drinking and learned that Colin was drinking a blue sports drink during all the games. Dr. Phil encouraged Colin to drink water instead and this resolved Colin’s health problems. He learned he had been having a reaction to the sports drinks. Dr. Phil gave Colin’s mom the homemade electrolyte drink recipe to for Colin to drink during baseball season.
