I use Ativan as a sleeping pill, so take it at bedtime only. 2 mg is enough for me to sleep well. I tried to increase the dose, but the side effects appeared, so I had to go back to the lower one. I don’t use the drug daily, just occasionally, when I’m stressed out and can’t sleep. I know there are some contraindications, so ask your GP if you can take Ativan.
