YouMeCare vs ObamaCare
With President Obama winning reelection, full implementation of ObamaCare is inevitable. Do we really need a new reformed health care system in the U.S., when we have the world’s best? Some say our system needs overhauling. Well I disagree. Yes we need to make some changes starting with the elimination of wasteful spending, with more tort reform being number two on the list. However, with the political stagnation we have in Washington now, I don’t see either of these happening. If President Obama gets everything he wants, it will only be a matter of time before we go from having the best to one of the worst health care systems. So what are we to do? I suggest we all get started now in YouMeCare! So what is YouMeCare you may ask? YouMeCare is you and me becoming proactive with our health. It’s you and me taking every measure necessary to take better care of ourselves and our families, so that we don’t get sick and have to submit ourselves to a government run health care system. Just think about it, can you name even one government run agency that runs even half way efficiently and effectively? Do we really want to put our health, our lives and our families lives in the hands of the government? I say no way, not me! So what do we do, what is the answer? I think it’s as simple as 1,2,3: 1. We must stop eating junk and eat a more healthy balanced diet of real foods that includes plenty of fruits, veggies and pure drinking water. 2. We need to take a good “Food Source” multi-vitamin and mineral supplement daily. 3. We need to exercise regularly and get 7 to 8 hours of sleep a day. That’s YouMeCare, as simple as 1,2,3!!!
You may say well, it’s not that simple. I understand that there are many Americans that have complicated health issues that will require more. Nevertheless, these simple 3 will certainly improve their health, I have no doubt. For the rest of us, it is that simple! We need to stop making excuses, turn off the TV, get off our lazy back sides and get proactive. We may have to sacrifice a little money, a little time away from the TV and couch, and maybe a bad habit or two. However, we must ask ourselves, is our health, our life, our family not worth it to us?? Don’t wait another day. Get started now. YouMeCare vs. ObamaCare…you decide!! Live Healthy!!!
