[11:05] The second treatment to help with insulin resistance is to change your diet. If you want to see some significant changes in your blood glucose levels, then you have to make lifestyle changes. You can’t be resistant to change. Start with a balanced diet.
[11:56] The standard American diet is killing us and we have to stop it. We have got to change.
