[15:22] Our Feeling Good Superhero of the day is Dr. Frank King. He was teaching a technique he used in his practice at a conference called “Muscle Testing” or “Kinesiology” to test if someone has a sensitivity or intolerance to a substance. You take the substance and put it on your tongue. Dr. Frank tried this out on Dr. Phil by putting a piece of cheese on his tongue — and when he did, Dr. Phil lost all muscle strength in his arm! This could help you determine if you have a sensitivity as well. Thanks to Dr. Frank King for being our Feeling Good Superhero of the day!
