Thank you for joining me today on the Feeling Good podcast. “It shall be health to your body, and strength to your bones” – these are words from chapter 3, verse 8 from the book of Proverbs. This health and strength that Proverbs speaks of here are two things that I’m sure everybody desires to have, all the days of their lives. In today’s podcast, we are going to focus on the strength of your bones. I will outline five simple recommendations you can follow to strengthen your bones and to prevent debilitating conditions such as Osteopenia and Osteoporosis.
